Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Before you proceed, here's what happens when you delete your Cat Map account.
Data that will be permanently deleted
- Your profile, username, and avatar photo
- All your reviews and review photos
- All your visit records and interactions
- Your favorites and godparent claims
- All follow relationships (followers & following)
- Health reports you submitted
- Your notifications
- CatCoins balance and purchase history
- Badges you purchased for cats
- Reports you submitted
Data that will be retained
- Cats you added will remain on the map so the community can continue visiting them — your name will be removed as the creator.
How to delete your account

From inside the app
Open Cat Map, go to Profile → Delete Account, and follow the confirmation steps.
Open in Cat MapIf the button doesn't work, make sure Cat Map is installed on your device.

If you've uninstalled the app
You can reinstall Cat Map and sign in to delete your account from within the app. Alternatively, send us an email from the address you registered with:
Send Deletion Request EmailWe will verify your identity via your registered email and process the deletion within 7 business days.
